When is the theatre open to the public?

 

The theatre lobby is open to the public one hour prior to show time (unless otherwise noted.) House doors open 15 minutes before showtime and all doors are closed once the show begins. No entry is permitted once the show begins.

 

Are reservations required?

 

No. Reservations are recommended but not required and walk-ins are welcome. 

Reservations may be made by purchasing tickets online. Tickets may also be purchased via (970) 453-0199 and at the theatre Box Office for an additional $2 processing fee per ticket. Box Office is open one hour prior to showtime on performance night.

 

When and where do I pick up my reserved tickets?

 

Tickets should be printed by you during the online purchase process. If you are unable to print your ticket, please check-in at Will Call when you arrive at the theatre up to one hour before showtime.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you miss the show you may request a tax deductible donation letter for the amount of your purchase.

Is there free parking near the theatre?

Town of Breckenridge recently implemented paid parking on Ridge Street from 10 AM to 8 PM.  There is three-hour free parking in French Street lots and on the street.  Free parking on Harris Street.  Please consult the Town of Breckenridge website for parking restrictions, pricing, etc.
